Age can be deceiving

A short conversation with an online friend recently make me feel how superficial a person can be sometime.

Sometime you just simply feel like talking to someone and yet there are no familiar names on the list that you could approach, so you just have to turn to someone whom you either have not talk to for a long time or simply a normal online's hi bye friend......

From my list I decided to pick up this friend whom I use to talk to quite frequently. It started off with him asking me out for dinner and to catch up over the dinner. However, to my disappointment the conversation or should I say the things that he talk about are beyond the content which I even wants to indulge in. To a certain extend I felt that I'm being caught in the situation of harassment and molestation (***I'm sorry people, I don't feel like elaborating what are the details of the conversation. Come to me if you wants to know the detail of the conversation.***). This may sound a little exaggerating but that's just how I felt. After reasoning out and speaking my mind off to the fellow, the person's reply was "Since you don't want to do anything, then what for we meet for dinner?" Can you believe??? Someone at his age can actually say something so childish??? OMG~!!!

Must a girl and a guy must always have something more than just mere friends? Why must there always be some motive behind when a guy is nice to a girl?

Our first Vday....

Lonely and sad Friday night~!

Within one month I have already been to the airport like 4 times already. First, was sending my sister off. Follow by my own departure to Aussie and my sudden return to Singapore. The fourth time was yesterday. I was there to send off the "little boy" for his India trip.

Three months from his ORD he was being arrowed to make a trip down to India, replacing his OC. He is going away for like 20 days~!!!! Which is like 2.5 times more as compared to my 8 days at Aussie. What make the whole situation worse is the fact that he won't be able to call and sms me. Although today is only the first day that he is away but I already feeling like so lost, totally have no interest in doing anything. (***Mr. Ho, now I totally understand how you felt during my stay in Aussie***)

I have not been feeling well since my return, my fever never seem to subside. Feeling so lethargic and don't feel like getting out of bed. Hope this will go off soon as I have tonnes of books to read and be prepare for my classes.

It's a lonely night for some reason..... Sister in faraway Tasmania, boyfriend in India, father out at the yacht club chilling out with his khakis, mother out for her weekly singing class and my brother~!!!! Away for his orientation camp..... It's been a long time since my Friday night has been such a quiet one.....

Back for Good....

A little surprise to those who are still unaware of my return. Ya, I am back at Singapore and am not going back to Australia.

Question mark circulating above your head now???
For this period of time, please just spare me from all the "why"...... I've seriously been flooded with too many questions that I got so irritated and started telling people off. (***For those whom have kena the telling off by me, I wanna apologise... You know who you are.... But I'm sorry, I'm still not in the mood to say anything yet.***)

Touch down on Singapore last Wednesday, been days since I'm back..... I'm still feeling very very strange..... Probably still not in the right state of mind yet, but I don't have much time to tune myself back to the right channel. I seriously don't know whats wrong with me, I think if this pursue, I may have to patronise a psychiatrist in no time.

XD I miss you~!!!! Was just telling Wyne how much I miss you, lacking a shopping khaki and a library hunting khaki..... I almost tear, but luckily he change topic and put a stop to my watery eyes......

My down days

Take a glimpse at my last entry, its been more than a month since I have last drop my words here. What was busy with this one month??? You people must be thinking I busy preparing for Australia, but you guys are all wrong. Neither was I busy with works. Guess I was busy spending as much time as I could with him, friends and family. Comparatively I wasn't even in the mood to actually prepare for my departure.

Many people envy me having the chance to pursue my studies abroad, but to me this is just the beginning of another headache. It's definitely not easy to send two daughters studying abroad at the same time. Other than then financial part, emotion plays a big role in it too. Can you imagine the amount of load that are acting on my father's shoulder now. What's more, he is not any young chap out there who has all the energy and time. He is getting older with clock ticking by, and each time the load just double up on him. This is how great my father as a man is. He would rather clinch his teeth tightly and support us all the way.

Ask me if I'm excited about going over to Australia?? Totally no~!! Not even when I have touch down. This is my forth day in Melbourne and I'm already thinking about going home. The first day when I got here, it was really disastrous. The motel that the school had arrange for me was like hell that I was only in there for two hours and I had to called the whole to see who can take me in. Thanks to Ben, if not I would probably be in the mental hospital by now, this is no kidding matter. You can ask my two friends Ben and XD to verify for me. Even my father could not stand the place, the next day when he arrive in Melbourne at the very same motel, he was there for barley one hour and was already heading towards the city to look for a hotel instead. Will upload the photos of the motel when my father sent them to me.

The place that I am stepping on right now definitely appear to be more scary than I thought it was. Call it the cultural shock, I seriously prefer Singapore more. Not trying to boot lick LKY or trying to act patriotic but I seriously love Singapore more than I use to after these few days.

Go ahead and call me bimbo or lousy for all you want, I just can't wait to go back and be the princess at home and the "xiao nu ren" of my boyfriend. Chinese always says, "Yao deng dao shi qu le cai dong de zhen xi." How true is this statement man! As usual never fail to have doubt in chinese idioms who can really bring out your utmost feelings.

Think I've gotta stop here, having a severe headach right now. Not really in a good state to think about more. Will update you people more about my life when I've time k~!

KL I'm here again~!!!

Weekend was at KL. A short getaway during the weekend was really good and relax. Although back to KL once again in less than a year but the feeling was definately different. (***To those who wanna see foto! Sorry ah, this trip not much foto, so this entry is basically all about my crapping.... Lol~!***)

My main aim to KL this time round was the simply to relax, claypot rice, contact lens solution and more and more good deals~!!!!

Not only did i achieve my goals, and I think I am the happiest girl on EARTH la~!!!!

Firstly, contact lens solution was going at 19 RM (***Damn cheap la can can can~!!!!!***). Guess what??? I bought 6 bottles of it at one go.

Secondly, I manage to get hold of my favourite road side clay pot rice stall (***Ah Hee chicken claypot rice***).

Thirdly (***The most important KEY to my happy day***), I found my favourite Dunkin Donut (Finally) at Petronas Tower's shopping centre la~!!!!! You can never imagine how happy I was, I was like kissing my fren on the cheek and like a little girl who was dancing around. With this my bf label me "The donut girl".

These three factors are more than enough to make me the happiest girl on earth......
It was definately a fulfilling trip man~!!!!
One more thing, the hotel that I stay in this time round is definately better than the previous one, even the breakfast is so much better.

I love KL~! lalalala

Counting down: 42 days......

Words of jitters are the only things that run across my mind at the reminder of my Australia trip. Problem arising at the 11th hour the last thing that anyone wish to experience. So much for all the early planning, compromising and forgoing certain things which was being plan. I receive some last minute news (which I don't really bother to mention it anymore), got pretty upset upon hitting this hurdle. However, I told myself "this is not going to bring me down, no matter what happen, I am still going to stand strong and make my way there." Let's hope that this matter will be settle as soon as possible.

The thought of going abroad may sound wonderful to some people, but as far as it is in my case things are really different. Emotions are running wild inside me although I have tried my best to portray a beautiful and calm facade. As the date drew nearer the feeling of not wanting to go grew even stronger. No matter how much doubt I have in my choice about going over, as a grown up I know I must be responsibe for my own decision. I kept telling myself "It's only 8 months, and time really do goes by very very fast." It comes to a point, sometime I think I'm like forcing myself to go. But isn't this life?? Many times we just have to give ourselves a slight push. Things may be not turn out to be as bad you thought it should be.

In the meantime, for those who wanna date me out for "hot date" before my departure, I suggest that you should start getting your queue number. Lol, not I thick skin k, but seriously people are all coming in asking for dinner appointment.

Many time when something negative happen, take it as a BLESSING in disguise.
And when things are happening positivly, take it as a BONUS.
