
Finally got the fone that I have been waiting for and what's more the color is so cool.
Went to Bras Basar Complex and to find out that they only sell Nokia phones there, so took a walk to Suntec hoping to see the new color that was launch yesterday. Only to bump into a stupid salesman who give a stupid attitude, is that the way you are suppose to treat your customers??? In a fit of anger i slam the whole stack of Straits Time on the table to prove to him that I am not mad about saying there is a Maroon color V3i.
Smart owl to give Starhub a call to check out which outlet have the color that I want.
Voom~! off we flew to PS immediately after we hang up the call. Can you believe it?? I actually spent less than 10 mins at the retail shop to wait for my turn. The sales girl Audrey was really a nice lady, who went all out just to show me the Maroon color set. This is just the kind of customer service that we are all looking for isnt it?
*(Define a good customer service provider. Ans: Someone who is willing to share all his/her knowledge or view about a particular product that you are both talking about. In addition this person doesnt mind if he/she cling the sales after the long conversation, and continue to smile to you even when you say you need to consider first.)
